Arrival & Dismissal

Arrival Timetable:

1. Supervision begins at 7:40 am (As a result, students should NOT begin to arrive until 7:40 am). 

2. Students will line up on the playground in grade level lines between 7:40 and 7:50 am.  We ask that students stay off of the playground equipment as there will not be supervision for the safe use of the equipment.

3. Students begin to enter the building at 7:50 am with their classroom teacher.

4. School begins at 7:55 am

5. At 7:55 am, all students should begin entering the building through the front entrance (north doors).

Breakfast

Students who are eating breakfast at Mann are encouraged to arrive at 7:40am. Students who are eating breakfast enter the building through the playground entrance (south doors) and go into the cafeteria and eat their breakfast. Breakfast is served each morning from 7:30 to 7:55am. At 7:55am, all students entering the cafeteria for breakfast will take their food to their classroom to eat. 

Dismissal Timetable

2:55 Dismissal on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (*1:55 Dismissal on Thursday)

All students will be dismissed from the south side of the building’s playground doors.  Families will collect students at the gate between the cement playground area and Market Square Park.

Students in grades K-4: we ask families to meet their Mighty Mustang by waving/saying hello to the teacher to ensure a safe transition from the school.

Students in grades 5-6: students may find their younger siblings or dismiss, teachers will supervise students out of the building - feel free to wave or say hello!

Mann families may head west on Fairchild when crossing Dodge Street and continue heading west and following the curve around Market Square Park.  The public may park on either side of the street so long as city signage is being followed for designated parking areas.  There are also parking spots in front of the school playground that may be used.
